ABOUT OUR FLAGSHIP LEARNING PROGRAMME
Learning takes place 100% online. Our modules are rigorously produced, up to date with trends and locally-orientated. Participants access the modules and programme offerings for free.
In our 5-month flagship programme, we blend self-propelled, agile learning in Moodle with peer collaboration and mentorship on Zoom, giving participants a well-supported, friendly and valuable learning experience. Participants need to apply, and every year we accept a limited number of organisations, with the option for more than one participant to apply and work as a team from their organisation.
WHY DO OUR FLAGSHIP LEARNING PROGRAMME
LEARNING COMPONENTS AND LEARNING ARC
ONLINE LEARNING WITH MOODLE
The core learning work takes place using an online learning platform called Moodle. Participants need to complete 3 compulsory modules (including a short module assignment) from a choice of 7. The modules work in synergy. They are easy to engage with and mobile-optimised as well as designed to help you implement your new knowledge immediately.
Strategy and planning sessions
Every month, we meet with you and a senior member of your organisation to help you plan and integrate your learnings into your work practice. These sessions give us a chance to tease out roadblocks and find practical solutions that suit your organisation and create impact and efficiency.
CAPSTONE PROJECT
Towards the end of the programme you will conceptualise, plan and execute a small project. This could either be an online campaign, a content or an important internal communication document like a style guide. Everyone gets a modest budget to work with and plenty of support to complete your project.
LIVE WORKSHOPS
Our live workshops support what you are learning in the modules and brings what you learn into real time. Every month, we give you options to dive deeper into specific and useful technical skills, like data analysis, content management, storytelling templates and operational guidelines that can help you make your communications more efficient and insightful.
Timings and commitment
The structured learning programme runs for five months, from 1 August to 15 December 2026. We recommend you allocate, on average, 15 hours a month to complete your core work and a few extra hours here and there for optional engagements.
